About Us

Jodie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She received her Master of Science in Nursing at Stonybrook University in New York. She has been in practice since 1998, which includes Emergency medicine, cardiology, and surgical services. Jodie now specializes in wellness and preventative medicine. Since 2017, she has been practicing hormone optimization, which gets to the root cause of many symptoms, decreasing the need for traditional medications. Her goal is to meet the age management needs of adults who have yet to find relief with traditional medicine. Jodie also specializes in weight loss and management using diet, GLP-1 medications, and other weight-loss peptides. Jodie was born and raised in NY and moved to Florida in 2017. She is married and enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren. Jodie has recently founded Youthful Wellness Lounge in Sarasota and is looking forward to helping the patients with their journey to wellness.
